About: Insurance adjusting company seeking a full-time medical malpractice legal assistant with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be able to be self-sufficient, a quick learner, and be organized, outgoing, energetic, able to multi-task on a very high level, able to learn, and have a positive, team-oriented attitude. 
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a legal secretary 
  • Excellent phone skills with clients & counsel.
  • Scheduling appointments, zoom conferences, unsworn statements, mediations
  • Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Must be punctual, have strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Able to multi-task
  • General office and secretarial experience

Job Specifics:Hours - Monday through Friday – 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
