Asset-based Finance Associate Attorney— New York (Hybrid)

About You
Experience: 2–6 years of law-firm transactional work
Focus areas (one or more): asset-based finance, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, securitization, and/or structured finance
Skills: drafting loan documents, managing loan transactions, handling multiple matters concurrently
Industry interest: transactions involving aircraft, railcars, ships, and other esoteric asset classes
Credentials: J.D. (or equivalent) with strong academics
Bar: Admitted in (and in good standing with) New York, or actively pursuing admission
