A prominent national law firm is seeking a skilled Finance Associate to join its Global Transportation Finance team in Miami. What You'll Do
Work on sophisticated transactions involving aviation, rail, maritime, and general equipment assets
Represent clients in financing, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and enforcement matters
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents
Manage multiple deals and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Engage in business development and direct client interaction
What We're Looking For
2–7 years of transactional experience at a law firm
Background in one or more of the following:
Securitization
Leveraged finance
Secured lending
Capital markets
Maritime
Private equity
Project finance
Structured finance
Real estate finance
Aviation
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to the Florida Bar (or actively seeking admission)
