What You’ll Do
Lead pieces of commercial finance transactions—bilateral & syndicated credit facilities, secured lending, amendments/consents.
Orchestrate execution across lenders, borrowers, and agents—issue spot, solve problems, and keep timelines tight.
Juggle multiple matters with calm, clarity, and precision.
Team up across practices to deliver commercial, practical outcomes.
About You
4–6 years of law-firm commercial finance experience.
Proven loan doc drafter/negotiator and deal manager.
Sharp communicator, meticulous organizer, natural collaborator.
J.D. with strong academics; admitted (or pursuing admission) in Illinois or Texas and in good standing.

Compensation
$280,000 – $320,000 annual base salary (DOE) + competitive benefits.
