What You’ll Do
As a Lab Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting internal and external surgical training labs, helping bring education, product innovation, and scientific research to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in anatomical lab events, from setup to clean-up
Handling and processing cadaveric specimens with care and professionalism
Operating and maintaining surgical lab equipment, including power tools (saws, drills) and surgical instrumentation
Sterilizing, organizing, and tracking tools and implant trays before and after labs
Preparing PPE, instruments, and specimen kits for on-site and off-site events (up to 25% travel)
Maintaining clean, organized lab spaces and ensuring equipment readiness
Collaborating closely with education, sales, R&D, and marketing teams
Note: This role involves working with human anatomical specimens. Candidates must be comfortable in this setting and capable of lifting 55–70 lbs for lab prep and transport.
What We’re Looking For
Background in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Forensic Science, or related field (degree or equivalent experience)
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with detailed work in fast-paced, high-stakes lab environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Pay & Details
Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 (based on experience)
Location: Fully onsite
Schedule: Full-time | Overtime flexibility required
Travel: Up to 25% to support off-site lab events and workshops
