We are seeking a Kindergarten teacher to join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will foster a positive and engaging learning environment for Kindergarten students. Key Responsibilities:
- Use differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and creativity in teaching kindergarten students.
- Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records.
- Engage in active communication with parents and guardians to support student development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop cross-curricular initiatives.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Valid Florida Teaching Certificate or Statement of Eligibility
- Proven experience teaching middle school students or in a similar educational setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student growth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with educational technology and digital learning platforms.
