Job Title: Junior Litigation Associate – Broker Dealer Litigation Practice
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
A prestigious law firm is seeking a motivated Junior Litigation Associate with a focus on broker dealer litigation for their West Palm Beach office. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative team and grow your legal career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of litigation matters, with an emphasis on broker dealer and financial services disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide strategic counsel in complex cases.
- Participate in case strategy development and client communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with exposure to financial services and/or employment law preferred.
- Stellar academic credentials with strong research and writing abilities.
- Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
- An eagerness to work in-office in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
