About the Role: We are seeking a Jr. Data Integrity Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at our client’s headquarters in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of supply chain data.

About the Role: We are seeking a Jr. Data Integrity Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at our client’s headquarters in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of supply chain data.
Responsibilities:
- Manage master data integrity for the entire supply chain team.
- Create and maintain items in the ERP system, including document control status and drawing revisions.
- Manage item Bills of Materials (BOMs) according to the latest revisions.
- Assist with implementing BOM changes and notify affected parties.
- Update and maintain Power BI and Excel dashboards and reports, troubleshooting errors as needed.
- Collaborate with supply chain, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with other tasks as needed by the supply chain team.
- 1-2 years of experience as an analyst or in a relevant supply chain role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with database management and reporting programs.
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support the supply chain team.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, accounting, finance, data science, or related fields.
