Position Title: Jr. Project Manager
Location: Doral, FL
Contract Duration: Approx. 9 months
Pay Rate: Up to $38/HR, depending on experience
Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Jr. Project Manager to coordinate and support daily operations at our Doral Hub — overseeing logistics, technical services, and client communications to ensure seamless project delivery.
As the main point of contact, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to manage logistics, track service requests, and maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate hub operations including logistics, warehouse activities, and office support.
Manage inventory, equipment check-ins/outs, courier services, and movement of goods.
Support IT initiatives involving data centers, LAN networking, and desktop support.
Assign, monitor, and close service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold service quality and operational efficiency.
Generate reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for client communication and issue escalation.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or IT support.
Knowledge of warehouse logistics and/or facilities coordination preferred.
Technical understanding of IT environments (LAN, data center, desktop support).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
