Purchasing Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP)

We’re working with a well-established organization seeking a Purchasing Systems Analyst to support and enhance their ERP system during an active Oracle ERP implementation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong purchasing/procurement background and hands-on ERP administration experience.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary systems analyst for Purchasing-related processes within the ERP environment
Support and optimize purchasing workflows, system configurations, and integrations
Partner with Purchasing leadership and end users to improve system functionality and efficiency
Assist with ERP implementation efforts, testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support
Analyze purchasing data for trends, compliance, and reporting
Support vendor-related system activity and purchasing request workflows
Collaborate with internal teams, IT resources, and external vendors on system-related initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
ERP Administrator or Systems Analyst experience (Oracle strongly preferred)
Experience supporting purchasing/procurement functions within an ERP system
ERP implementation experience (purchasing side required)
Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred in Business, Management, or related field)
5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing-related roles
3+ years in an ERP administrator or systems analyst capacity
Oracle Fusion experience highly preferred
Experience supporting Finance and HR systems is a plus
Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting/dashboard tools
