About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Lead IT Infrastructure & Integrations Specialist to join our team in Hialeah. This role is not a traditional administrator position—it is a lead-level role responsible for overseeing enterprise integrations, automation, and business applications in addition to core infrastructure. The successful candidate will act as the escalation point for complex IT issues, manage integrations with ERP and other systems, and drive automation initiatives to support business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure, networking, and security issues.
Oversee enterprise integrations and automation workflows across ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O and SAP) and related business systems.
Manage and support applications including BizTalk, Azure Logic Apps, Power Apps, and Power BI.
Troubleshoot and administer network infrastructure, including Ubiquiti switches, wireless access points, and firewalls (Ubiquiti & WatchGuard).
Oversee hybrid cloud environments (AWS and Azure), ensuring resilience, compliance, and optimization.
Develop, maintain, and improve automation solutions that streamline IT and business operations.
Provide leadership in IT projects, vendor management, and technology strategy.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align IT solutions with business strategies and ensure continuity.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
Strong experience in enterprise integrations and automation tools (BizTalk, Azure Logic Apps, Power Apps, Power BI).
Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) in hybrid environments.
Strong networking and security background, including Ubiquiti and WatchGuard devices.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Certifications preferred (not required): Cisco CCNA/CCNP, WatchGuard, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect/Administrator.
