Job Summary
We’re seeking a technically inclined IT/Production Support Technician with strong troubleshooting skills to support daily operations and help meet departmental performance goals. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on technical support and production needs.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computers and related hardware
Perform system and technical diagnostics as needed
Support department metrics and daily productivity goals
Provide excellent customer service to end users
Travel occasionally for special projects or offsite support
Qualifications
CompTIA A+ Certification (strongly preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with:
Hardware repair and software troubleshooting
Basic networking concepts
Windows OS: Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with daily quotas
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable transportation and clear driving record
Physically able to lift 50 lbs consistently and sit 5–6 hours per day
