About the Role:
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) IT / Tech Support to deliver exceptional technical support. If you're tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow your IT skills, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Provide remote support for desktops, mobile devices, and networks
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage tickets
Guide users through installations and configurations
Document procedures and maintain SLA compliance
Monitor systems and escalate issues when needed
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents
What You Bring:
1+ year of helpdesk/call center experience preferred
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with tools like BMC Remedy, SolarWinds, Netcool
Certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft
Background in telecom or data center environments
