Human Resources Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a growing and innovative organization in Coral Gables, FL. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals.
Advise managers and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and accurate employee records.
Partner with leadership to enhance engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for executive leadership review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, or Workday.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.
