Culinary Team Member - Cooks
Job Type: Contract (W-2 Employee)
Location: Confidential Worksite (North Florida Region) - Must be flexible for travel within Florida and potentially other U.S. areas
Compensation: $18/hour
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to join a dynamic team providing essential culinary services in a fast-paced, project-based environment. This contract role supports critical operations, with shifts running 12 hours (either 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a 30 days on / 2 weeks off schedule (unpaid time off). There may be opportunities for full-time employment down the line.
Accommodations include onsite options for some roles (Sleeping, bathing facilities, and trailers with limited space) or hotel stays with transportation for others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cooks: Prepare meals efficiently in high-volume settings, ensuring quality and safety standards. Work alongside kitchen assistant and Managers.
Requirements: (Must Haves)
- MUST RESIDE IN FLORIDA; time for relocation is not permitted.
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Flexibility to work extended shifts and travel as needed within the U.S.
- Availability for 30-day rotations with 2 weeks off
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2+ YEARS OF RECENT EXPERIENCE
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CATERING FOR LARGE EVENTS (e.g., events, disaster relief, military, or industrial settings)
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in team environments
