Position Title: Help Desk Representative

Contract duration: 8 months
We are seeking a Help Desk Representative for an 8-month contract assignment supporting a high-impact technology project. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from multiple service providers.
Act as the central point for collecting and organizing technical updates from field technicians across providers.
Monitor scheduled visits, ensure successful execution, and communicate with the designated single point of contact (SPOC) in case of pre-visit or on-site issues.
Maintain up-to-date records in the project tracker (date/time, technician name, contact number).
Verify technician documentation for site visits (authorization letters or credentials).
Confirm successful completion or reschedule as needed; document and escalate any incidents.
Identify and document recurring technical issues; support in finding effective resolutions.
Ensure accurate and timely updates are provided to all relevant internal project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Previous experience with technical coordination or helpdesk support.
Available to work from 8 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 7 pm.
Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
