About the Client: 

Our client is a global HVAC manufacturing and distribution company based out of Medley, FL (close to Doral in Miami, FL) looking for an HVAC Technical Support Specialist who can provide customer service and tech support to clients over the phone.

Job Description: 

• Responsible for assisting Tech Support questions and concerns
• Take phone calls to provide Technical Support to Contractors and Distributors
• Assist Customer Service on questions such as Part Numbers, Part Replacement Options, and questions about Equipment Operations and Use from Homeowner calls
• Document Service Calls and keep a record for potential Warranty Claims
• Provide information to Warehouse Staff on questions about Parts, and Replacement Options
• Assist Engineering Department on Technical Training offer to Distributor TSA's

• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
• Knowledge of Thermodynamic Principles of Air Conditioning
• Must know and understand ductless systems and inverter technology
• Mechanical and Electrical savvy
• Hands-on skills in equipment troubleshooting
• Must have HVAC background: Installation and Troubleshooting experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
