Are you an experienced HVAC professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Join our team as an HVAC Technical Support Specialist where you'll be the essential link between our client's call center and their valued customers. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and providing technical support over the phone.
What You’ll Do
Handle 50–120 inbound technical support calls daily from contractors and distributors.
Provide guidance on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and part replacement.
Assist customers and internal teams with HVAC product information, part numbers, and service documentation.
Collaborate with warehouse and engineering departments to support technical training and logistics.
Maintain accurate service records for warranty and service history tracking.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Background in HVAC installation and troubleshooting is a must.
Familiarity with ductless systems, inverter technology, and thermodynamic principles.
Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience teaching or training others in HVAC is a plus.
Must be reliable and punctual – this is a strictly on-site role (no remote work).
