Job Description

About: Our client, a leading provider of HVAC solutions in Doral, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technical Support Specialist/CSR to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our customers and our technical team, providing outstanding support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers, including troubleshooting HVAC system issues, answering inquiries, and offering solutions over the phone or through online channels.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex HVAC problems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product lines and stay updated on industry trends.

Customer Service:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers

Order Processing:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to monitor stock levels and address any discrepancies.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
  • Generate reports as required by management to track customer service performance and identify areas for improvement.

Training and Education:
  • Stay informed about new HVAC technologies and products through continuous learning.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HVAC technical support or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems.

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications in HVAC are a plus.
