Job Overview:
A respected and fast-growing supplier of HVAC, plumbing, and building materials is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead operations at its Pompano Beach location. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader with a background in supply store operations, team leadership, and sales performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership & Operations
Manage daily operations across sales, customer service, and logistics functions.
Supervise front counter sales staff, inside sales representatives, and administrative personnel.
Ensure professional standards in store appearance, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with warehouse leadership on inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
Sales & Customer Relations
Drive branch sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors through direct communication and problem-solving.
Lead implementation of local sales initiatives and promotional efforts.
Conduct regular client visits and feedback follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Team Management & Development
Recruit, train, and lead branch staff for consistent performance and growth.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and support for professional development.
Promote a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused workplace culture.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor KPIs including sales metrics, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily transactions, budgeting, and branch reporting in line with company policies.
Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize branch performance.
Facility & Compliance Oversight
Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and safe retail and warehouse environment.
Ensure adherence to company policies, OSHA safety standards, and all local regulations.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply branch/store operations, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or building materials.
Proven leadership skills in team supervision and sales performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage budgets and read financial reports.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
Work Environment:
Full-time, onsite at Pompano Beach branch.
Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
Saturday availability (7:00 AM to 12:00 PM) or after-hours as required.
