Domestic Sales Manager – HVAC (Florida Region)

Job Summary
A growing HVAC distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a high-performing Domestic Sales Manager to lead and expand sales efforts across the Florida market. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with strong industry connections, a deep understanding of HVAC systems, and the drive to grow business throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Florida
Identify and secure new customers including contractors, wholesalers, engineers, and OEMs
Leverage existing relationships and build new networks within the local HVAC industry
Conduct in-person client visits across the state to build rapport and close deals
Promote a wide range of HVAC products by providing technical insight and solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery processes
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support product and marketing strategy
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and product applications
Existing contacts and leads within the Florida HVAC market
Proven ability to manage a sales territory and achieve growth targets
Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Florida (weekly travel expected)
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HVAC distribution and/or manufacturing environments
Technical background or familiarity with product specifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus)
