Outside Sales Manager/HVAC Export
An established industrial and HVAC distribution company is seeking a motivated and bilingual Outside Territory Sales Manager to join its growing Export LATAM Division. This is a field-based role responsible for driving new business, managing regional accounts, and increasing market penetration across Latin America.
What You'll Do
Travel throughout assigned LATAM regions to identify and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
Manage sales pipeline and grow existing account base
Provide exceptional service and post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, order processing, and client communications
Track performance, report on territory progress, and meet monthly sales goals
Represent the company at trade shows and international events
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience (export or international sales preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
Proven ability to sell in Latin American markets and travel up to 50% of the time
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized with a goal-driven mindset
Experience with export documentation, freight, or Incoterms is a plus
