Our client, one of the largest medical centers in the country, is seeking an HR Front Desk Representative for their team in the Kendall, FL area.

 

Some responsibilities include:

  • Answering a large volume of phone calls and screening 
  • Attending to walk-in traffic with a professional and friendly demeanor 
  • Filing, composing memos and transcribing notes
  • Providing excellent customer service on the phone and in person

  • High School Cert. / GED
  • 3 years of clerical/administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in filing and customer service
  • Basic computer knowledge, to include knowledge of MS Office Tools and Internet
  • Ability to operate office equipment (i.e. copiers, fax machines, printers etc.)
  • Work requires written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
