HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Miami, Florida, onsite
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Hiring: Multiple positions

We are on an exciting path of rapid growth over the next three to five years and seeking dynamic HR Business Partners to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to drive the talent strategy and achieve business objectives. You’ll help create and implement innovative retention solutions, performance management programs, and develop workforce plans that align with our mission and strategic goals.
As a key contributor, you will work on talent forecasting, employee relations, compensation planning, and employee off-boarding, while fostering an environment of learning, career development, and high productivity.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units and leadership teams.
- Analyze HR trends to develop impactful programs and policies.
- Improve work relationships, boost morale, and increase employee retention.
- Provide insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risk.
- Lead initiatives in performance management, compensation planning, and employee development.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with employee relations and investigations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work proactively and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
