Key Responsibilities:
Lead the selection of new, trend-forward products, ensuring a balanced assortment aligned with consumer preferences and business goals.

Define and implement category-specific guidelines to optimize store layout and maximize product visibility.
Direct local teams to maintain high visual merchandising standards, driving customer engagement and sales.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and brands to enhance category performance.
Negotiate commercial terms, secure exclusivity agreements, and develop promotional initiatives to boost profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create category-driven campaigns and in-store activations.
Leverage digital touchpoints to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to efficiently manage slow-moving or excess stock.
Implement exit plans that minimize financial impact while optimizing store space.
Establish and maintain operational guidelines to ensure compliance with corporate standards and best practices in travel retail.
Train and support local teams in executing category initiatives.
Contribute to the commercial plan with insights on market trends and performance forecasts.
Lead strategic initiatives that align with long-term category growth.
Analyze KPIs, sales data, and market insights to identify opportunities for category improvement.
Present actionable insights and performance updates to leadership.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, marketing, and retail operations, to deliver category objectives.
