Role Summary
We're seeking a skilled Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods from our Central Distribution Center. This role plays a critical part in optimizing transportation efficiency and supporting supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee inbound/outbound shipping processes and warehouse coordination
Verify documentation accuracy (POs, BOLs, packing slips)
Monitor transport occupancy and analyze operational discrepancies
Coordinate import/export logistics and customs documentation
Track KPIs such as order accuracy, picking speed, and labor cost
Ensure proper use of WMS (SAP) and maintain equipment upkeep
Support team members and foster a safe, inclusive work environment
Identify process improvements and support special projects
Qualifications
3+ years in a similar role, with experience in import/export logistics
Fluent in English
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
