Fulfillment Associate
Location: Miami Gardens, Fl
Job Type: Full time - Temp to Hire - Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
Salary: $20/hr
Position Overview
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while ensuring quality control and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and in accordance with training.
- Verify product quality, quantities, and accuracy against order documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and restocking activities as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures (depending on facility conditions).
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of the Shopify backend for order pulling.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH.
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF FULFILLMENT, WAREHOUSE OR INVENTORY EXPERIENCE.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
