Our client, a Fortune 500 company and global supply chain management leader, is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join their professional team in Doral, FL. Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Provide general assistance to the management team as needed.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
Schedule & Pay
$18.00/hour
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift
