Full-Time | 10-Hour Shifts | 50+ Hours/Week | Mandatory Saturdays as Needed
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a sharp and adaptable Forklift Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution environment in Orlando, FL. This is a hands-on role that offers long-term potential and requires flexibility across multiple departments depending on workload demand.
What You'll Do:
- Operate RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Wrap, label, palletize, and prepare outbound shipments
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Use WMS (Warehouse Management System) software (a plus)
- Support various departments when warehouse volume fluctuates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
- Operate a forklift (experience preferred but not required)
Schedule Details:
- Start time is currently 8:00 AM but may rotate to any time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM
- Expect 10-hour shifts with 50+ hours per week
- Must be available for mandatory Saturday shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Experience using RF scanners and working with WMS systems is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and open to cross-training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
