Position Overview:
A leading company is seeking a Financial Coordinator to support financial operations at their Doral Datacenter location. This role is ideal for a junior candidate with a background in accounting or finance who is eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Assist in overseeing the department’s budget.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure purchase orders (POs) are assigned and processed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver various financial reports for management.
- Serve as a liaison with internal team members to gather and share relevant financial information.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
Requirements:
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data analysis).
✅ Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
✅ Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance position.
