Senior Transportation Project Manager


South Florida | Full-Time | On-Site


We are seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex roadway and infrastructure projects across South Florida. This role requires a strong, hands-on leader who thrives in managing projects from planning and design through construction close-out, ensuring successful execution every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities


Manage transportation infrastructure projects from planning, design, procurement, construction, and close-out
Oversee engineering consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Manage project budgets, schedules, and contract execution
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with external agencies, utilities, and jurisdictional partners
Support long-term capital improvement and infrastructure development initiatives


What We’re Looking For

12+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or civil infrastructure project delivery
Strong background managing projects through both design and construction phases
Experience with rural roadway systems, storm drainage, and utility coordination (water, sewer, fiber, electric)
Experience working with public sector agencies or multi-stakeholder environments strongly preferred
Solid understanding of construction engineering and inspection (CEI) practices
Exceptional leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred, not required)
Florida-based project experience strongly preferred
Requirements
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Ability to travel locally as needed for project sites and meetings
