Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten, 1st, 4th and 5th Grade Teachers to join our innovative school community. This role offers a dynamic environment where students are encouraged to reach their highest potential. As a teacher, you will foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere, preparing students for future academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with state standards.
- Create a positive, safe, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students, including English Language Learners and students with special needs.
- Monitor student progress through assessments and adapt instruction to ensure growth.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support student success.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student performance, behavior, and attendance.
- Integrate technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and school events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Valid Florida Teaching Certification (Elementary K-6) or Statement of Eligibility.
- Experience in classroom management and curriculum development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
