Salary: $48,000 to $58,000 (12 months)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ESE Elementary Teacher with an ESL and/or Reading Endorsement to join our educational team for summer camp and the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting students with special needs and creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and social growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction and academic support to elementary students in an ESE classroom setting
- Develop and implement individualized lesson plans aligned with student IEP goals
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs
- Support students in reading, language development, and core academic subjects
- Maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with parents, administrators, therapists, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
- Florida Teaching Certification in ESE (Exceptional Student Education)
- ESL and/or Reading Endorsement required
- Previous experience working with special education students required
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
