Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact enterprise software transition from Lawson to Oracle. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing complex ERP implementations, preferably with Oracle Fusion applications. This role will begin in a hybrid capacity and transition to a fully onsite position as the project advances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end management of ERP system implementation projects.
- Align IT strategies with business goals, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Establish project milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure streamlined execution.
- Apply standardized project management methodologies to support the full system development lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with mid-to-large organizations.
- PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
- Flexibility to travel to local sites and work varied hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
