About the Role:
You’ll oversee the full end-to-end flow of our distribution center—from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and shipment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive operational efficiency, motivate teams, and ensure every shipment is accurate, timely, and safe.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery coordination.
Champion inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation with warehouse systems.
Coach, mentor, and manage warehouse teams to achieve operational goals and maximize productivity.
Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
Develop and implement strategic warehouse layouts, process enhancements, and KPI-driven performance measures.
Manage warehouse staffing—recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor equipment needs and initiate maintenance or replacement as necessary.
Resolve operational issues swiftly while maintaining high customer service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
5–10 years of warehouse operations management experience
Proven team leadership and coaching abilities
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Forklift certification (required)
Solid knowledge of HAZMAT shipping and recordkeeping
High computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
Flexibility to work weekends and travel up to 25%
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access all areas of the facility
Bonus Points For:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
Background in cost accounting principles and logistics strategy
