Distribution Center Manager – Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-time | Weekend Availability Required

We're seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to take full ownership of warehouse operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.  What You'll Do:
  • Oversee all inbound and outbound operations: receiving, storage, order planning, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Lead a motivated team of warehouse professionals through clear scheduling, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, HAZMAT regulations, and inventory accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic process upgrades to meet KPIs.
  • Plan and maintain optimal warehouse layout, equipment functionality, and cleanliness.
  • Actively manage inventory counts and reconciliation with digital systems.
  • Support customer satisfaction through timely fulfillment and proactive communication.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5–10 years of experience managing warehouse operations teams
  • Proven leadership and coaching ability in a logistics or distribution center
  • Experience in high-volume, rapidly evolving environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Forklift certification and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and other logistics tech tools
  • Familiarity with HAZMAT handling and shipping compliance

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Knowledge of cost accounting principles and performance metrics
  • Experience in managing both customer-facing and internal operations
