Data Entry Clerk
CAREERXCHANGE® is currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join a great Import/Export team in the Weston, FL area. The ideal candidate will be someone computer savvy with attention to detail who will provide accurate and updated data that is easily accessible through a digital database.
- Type in data provided
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

- Experience with Excel and Pivot Tables
- Fast typing skills
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
