Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers regarding international shipments while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate and distribute shipping documentation required for customs clearance.
  • Accurately enter shipment and customs-related data into company systems.
  • Monitor, track, and trace import shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and government regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve shipment issues and support operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to customs brokerage activities.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs brokerage, import/export operations, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
