Customer Service Representative
Pembroke Pines, FL
The role is responsible for providing travel assistance services to customers. The position manages the full spectrum of assistance services offered to customers including information, emergency medical case management, and medical transport.
The work schedule requires that the individual be available to work 3pm-11pm and alternate weekends.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A minimum of 6 months’ work experience in a team lead role or 1 year experience CSR.
- A minimum of least 6 months experience working with doctor’s office or Hospital.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish or any other language is preferred.
