About the Role:
Seeking Customer Service Representatives who will be primarily responsible for:
- Making outbound/inbound calls using a list of leads
- Reminding customers to enroll
Other Details About this Role:
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, (9AM - 5PM w/ 30 Min Lunch) (some Saturdays required)
- This role will be remote until further notice
- French fluency is HIGHLY preferred
- Must speak English
