Customer Service Representative – Banking Call Center (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic banking call center team. This role involves processing customer transactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for banking customers. It also offers the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days from home each week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Handle calls efficiently, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
• Acquire and demonstrate knowledge of retail, online banking, mortgage, and business products.
• Assist customers promptly with inquiries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Actively listen and communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, federal and state regulations, including anti-money laundering guidelines.
• Identify and report any suspicious activities.
• Cross-sell financial services and products where applicable.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, or residential loan experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
