Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
- Ensure documents are timely sent to customers or internal team for customs purposes.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operating system.
- Track and trace Import files as required.
- Always comply with internal policies and procedures and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.
- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

- Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
- Work Location: Doral, Florida
