Customer Service Manager
Our client, a reputable HVAC distribution and manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a team in a booming industry!
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls.
- Supervising 3-4 Customer Service Representatives.
- Training and coaching members of the department.
- Maintaining inventory.
- Assisting customers in tracking orders, placing orders, processing returns, and other inquiries.

Qualified candidates must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Service Management role
- Have experience overseeing a team
- Have experience working with inventory/distribution
- Be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
