Our goal is to help our customers understand their insurance policy as well as guide them to the type of insurance that will be beneficial for their family. Responsibilities:
Answer phones.
Call leads of prospect clients, that requested information, and transfer them to an agent.
Send emails to prospect clients.
Respond emails.
Send out flyers.
Check office supply inventory
General office clerical work.
