Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with ERP system experience to support a fast-paced and customer-focused team in the Miami area. If you're fluent in English and Spanish, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a structured office setting, this could be your next great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
Support order processing, billing questions, and general account maintenance
Build positive customer relationships through responsive and empathetic service
Accurately manage customer data, orders, and records in an ERP system (Macola experience is a plus)
Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized, up-to-date records
Qualifications:
Prior experience using ERP systems required (Macola preferred)
Customer service experience (preferred: [insert preferred years], ideally in HVAC or similar industries)
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
Strong problem-solving and customer resolution abilities
