What You’ll Do:
• Be the friendly and professional voice of the company, managing customer inquiries across phone, email, and other channels.
• Process orders, returns, and adjustments with accuracy and a focus on quality.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth delivery of products.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with our warehouse team to maintain product availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, ideally in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with ERP systems is a plus!
• Soft Skills: Strong communicator, excellent multitasker, and a natural at building relationships.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Personality: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to stay cool under pressure.
