Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inbound Agent to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming shipments, coordinate with drivers, and ensure accurate documentation to support smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming shipments efficiently.
Verify shipment contents and ensure accuracy against documentation.
Maintain accurate records of inbound goods.
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members to coordinate deliveries.
Follow company safety and quality procedures.
Assist in resolving discrepancies or damaged shipments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or inbound operations is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
- Office-based position in Doral
- 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm- Sunday through Thursday
