Customer Service Representative
Location: Near Doral, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (start time: 7:50 AM)

Overview
We are seeking two experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team within a busy, fast-paced manufacturing and distribution company near Doral, FL. This role is ideal for individuals with prior customer service experience in mid- to large-sized companies who can handle high call volumes and are comfortable working with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to 80–200 inbound customer calls daily, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
Process and manage orders, billing inquiries, and product-related concerns using an ERP system
Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers in both English and Spanish (English-only candidates may be considered)
Accurately maintain and update customer records and order data
Recommend products and services that align with customer needs
Support team workflow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications
Must have previous experience working in a mid-size to large company with a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Industry experience in HVAC, manufacturing, supply, or distribution is highly preferred
ERP system experience is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required)
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Must have reliable transportation and live within a reasonable commute to the Doral area
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
