We are a leading supplier of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) wholesale units and parts, serving customers in the Doral area of Miami, FL. With a commitment to excellence and exceptional customer service, our company has established a strong reputation in the industry. 

 

About the Role: 

As the Counter Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our HVAC wholesale counter operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also play a key role in developing sales strategies, training team members, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the counter sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Oversee daily counter sales activities, including order processing, product inquiries, pricing, and returns, to meet customer needs promptly and accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling HVAC units and parts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control, ensuring optimal levels of HVAC units and parts are available for customers.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing constructive feedback and recognizing outstanding achievements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and purchasing, to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC products, parts, and applications is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and sales management software.
  • A proactive and result-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
