Job Title: HVAC Counter Sales Representative
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM + every other Saturday (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Counter Sales Representative to join a well-established HVAC supply distributor in Pompano Beach. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for someone with prior HVAC supplier experience who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
Assist walk-in customers with HVAC parts, equipment, and supply needs
Provide accurate product information and technical guidance
Generate quotes, process orders, and handle returns
Upsell and recommend additional products based on customer needs
Order Processing & Operations
Accurately process transactions (cash, credit, account sales)
Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain proper documentation for orders and inventory movement
Inventory & Product Support
Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC products and systems
Assist with receiving shipments and restocking as needed
Help customers locate items and recommend alternatives when necessary
Team Collaboration
Work closely with sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient counter area
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of HVAC counter sales experience (supplier/distributor required)
Strong knowledge of HVAC parts, systems, and equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using inventory or sales systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
